Permanent, full-time position. This role will be based in Lytham St Annes and optional Hybrid working. Monday - Friday. Salary Fully negotiable, depending on experience Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Draft and review contracts, transfer documents and other conveyancing documentation. Deal with Stamp Duty Land Tax, post-completion matters and property registrations. Provide clear and professional advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently. Ensure all matters comply with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate case files and documentation. Manage deadlines effectively and ensure transactions progress in a timely manner. Keep up to date with changes in property law and conveyancing practice.
