As a  Residential Conveyancing Lawyer , you will confidently manage your own caseload while providing a high standard of service and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.  This role offers hybrid working options, salary range of £45,000 – £60,000 (DOE) plus bonus and benefits.  This role offers a relocation package.   The role is preferably based in  Leominster , although  Hereford  may also be considered.   You will be responsible for:     Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.  Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.  Managing remortgages and transfers of equity.  Reviewing contracts, searches and title documentation.  Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors..
