Conveyancing Secretary

We are working with a well-established legal practice that is looking to expand its Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Conveyancing secretary to join a busy, supportive environment and further develop their career in residential property law.The RoleWorking closely with experienced conveyancers, you will play a key role in supporting the residential property transaction process and ensuring matters progress efficiently for clients.To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials: Current or recent experience working as a legal secretary ideally within conveyancingProven experience of audio typing/copy typingStrong knowledge of Microsoft applications and case management systemsConfident and professional telephone mannerExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organisational skills with fantastic attention to detail Within this position, you ll also be: Dealing with a range of clients in a professional mannerDigital dictationSupporting across a wide range of residential mattersSupporting with Land Registry Portal SubmissionsCarrying out a wide range of administrative duties including filing and photocopying, diary managementAssisting other members of the department as required Salary and Working HoursSalary is up £24,000 £26,000 dependant on experienceTalk Staff Recruitment is an established division of Talk Staff Group and works with companies throughout the East Midlands and UK with roles including ..... full job details .....
