Residential/Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor - 3+ PQE Kent Full-time, Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm Competitive, DOE We are working alongside a prestigious law firm who are looking for a proactive Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join their busy and friendly conveyancing team based in Kent. The role covers a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters, including: Freehold and leasehold sales/purchases Transfers of equity, remortgages Lease renewals, landlord and tenant work Refinancing, business sales/acquisitions Utilities agreements and development support Managing files from instruction to completion Requirements: Strong experience in residential and commercial conveyancing Able to manage own caseload with minimal supervision Highly organised, with excellent client care and communication skills Business development experience is a plus Benefits: Supportive team environment Secretarial support provided Interested and looking for that next step?
