This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in Residential Conveyancing, looking to advance their career in a supportive and professional environment.Day-to-day of the role:Handle sales and purchases of residential properties, including new builds and re-mortgages.Manage both registered and unregistered properties, help to buy schemes, and shared ownership.Extend leases and liaise with clients and external professionals effectively.Work closely with our Private Client Department to ensure seamless service delivery.Maintain high levels of client interaction, ensuring all processes are communicated clearly.Required Skills and Qualifications:1-3+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing.Excellent knowledge of all Residential Conveyancing matters including Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Build, and Lease Extensions.Ability to work autonomously on complex legal matters.Strong case management skills and experience handling multiple conveyancing cases independently.Proficient in using LEAP and other relevant digital tools.Excellent communication, administration, and organisational skills.A self-motivated team player with a clear ability to engage in networking and business ..... full job details .....
