Senior Associate - Commercial and Residential Property Location: Crowborough, East Sussex The Opportunity A long-established and highly respected Sussex law firm is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join its practice at Senior Associate level, with genuine scope to progress to Partner. This is a strategic hire for a commercially minded lawyer who wants to play a key role in shaping and expanding both the firm''s commercial and residential property offering. The role offers real influence, leadership responsibility and long-term career progression within a collaborative and friendly environment. The Role You will manage a diverse and high-quality caseload across both commercial and residential property, including: Acquisitions and disposals Commercial and residential leases Development matters Residential transactions Drafting and negotiating complex documentation In addition to fee-earning, you will: Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships Take an active role in business development and networking Support, mentor and supervise junior lawyers Contribute to departmental strategy and growth Ensure high standards of compliance and client care About You This role would suit a Senior Associate or Partner-level lawyer who can demonstrate: Strong technical expertise across commercial and residential property Proven experience managing a broad, complex caseload Excellent organisational and communication skills A commercial, client-focused approach ..... full job details .....
