The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring matters progress efficiently while delivering exceptional client care.ResponsibilitiesAssisting with residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equityManaging files under supervision from inception to post-completionDrafting legal documents and correspondenceLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitorsConducting searches and Land Registry applicationsMaintaining accurate case management recordsProviding a high standard of client service throughout the transaction processRequirementsPrevious experience working within residential conveyancingStrong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent communication and client care abilitiesAbility to manage a busy workload effectivelyFamiliarity with case management systemsA proactive and team-oriented approachBenefitsCareer ..... full job details .....
