This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join a busy, supportive environment and further develop their career in residential property law.The RoleWorking closely with experienced conveyancers, you will play a key role in supporting the residential property transaction process and ensuring matters progress efficiently for clients.To be considered for the role, you''ll require the following essentials:1-2 years'' conveyancing experience within a legal settingExperience supporting case handling and managing workloads effectivelyA proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detailExcellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and ExcelA professional and approachable manner when interacting with clients and colleaguesWithin this position, you''ll also be:Managing client onboarding, including file opening and due diligence checksPreparing and issuing contract packs and property searchesHandling pre-completion tasks such as SDLT forms, completion statements, and accounts indentsLiaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and other parties to progress transactions and respond to enquiriesMaintaining accurate and up-to-date client files, both electronically and physicallyCompleting post-completion tasks and archiving filesSupporting the wider team with administrative duties such as scanning, photocopying, and ..... full job details .....
