Conveyancing Paralegal

We are working with a reputable firm based in Lichfield who are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing team. You will work closely with and provide support to senior solicitors across a broad range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters. To be considered for the role, you''ll require the following essentials: Previous paralegal or relevant legal experience Practical experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing Strong technical legal skills, particularly in legal drafting and document review Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work Good organisational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills A professional and client-focused approach Good IT and general administrative skills Within this position, you''ll also be: Assisting with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, including commercial lettings from inception through to completion Drafting, reviewing and amending legal documentation Undertaking legal and document review and identifying issues requiring further consideration Assisting with searches, enquiries, reports on title and other conveyancing work Dealing with post completion requirements including preparation and submission of Land Registry applications and SDLT returns ..... full job details .....
