The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years'' conveyancing experience and will support fee earners in managing caseloads efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care and professional conduct.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist fee earners with the day-to-day management of conveyancing filesHandle file opening and general file administration in line with internal proceduresRespond to enquiries from buyer''s solicitors and prepare appropriate repliesSupport post-exchange and post-completion processes, including liaising with accounts and progressing registrations with relevant authoritiesManage diaries, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetingsProvide professional support to clients both in person and over the phonePrepare correspondence and documentation for dispatchMaintain confidentiality and security of client and firm informationConduct legal research as requiredProvide support across the team, including covering colleagues where necessaryAssist with reception duties when requiredCarry out general administrative tasks and handle incoming callsMaintain clear and effective communication with colleaguesSupport and guide junior or temporary staff when neededUndertake training as requiredSkills and ..... full job details .....
