Conveyancing Paralegal - Manchester A highly reputable and established law firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy and successful Property department based just south of Manchester City Centre. This is a non-fee-earning position, supporting a team of experienced Conveyancers with all aspects of their caseloads from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion. Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 DOE Benefits 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Pension Scheme Private Healthcare High-quality Residential Property work Friendly and supportive working environment Regular work and social events Long-term progression opportunities Exposure to Commercial Property work The Role Assist a team of Conveyancers with their Residential Property caseloads from initial instruction through to post-completion Open new files, complete initial client onboarding and prepare relevant documentation Support with Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases, Remortgages and Transfers of Equity Prepare and issue contract documentation Assist with searches, enquiries and general transaction progression Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors throughout the transaction Assist with exchange and completion preparations Handle a range of post-completion duties, including SDLT and Land Registry matters Maintain accurate files and ensure matters progress efficiently The Candidate A minimum of 6 months'' experience within Residential ..... full job details .....
