The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring clients receive a professional and seamless service throughout. This role would ideally suit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with a proven background in handling their own residential conveyancing caseload and looking to join a forward-thinking firm that offers flexibility, support and excellent benefits. Duties involved in this role will include:Managing a busy caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completionHandling all aspects of purchase, sale, transfer and remortgage transactionsActing as the main point of contact for clients throughout the conveyancing processProviding guidance and support to clients, keeping them informed at every stage of their transactionLiaising with solicitors, lenders, estate agents and other third parties to progress transactions efficientlyPreparing and reviewing conveyancing documentationEnsuring all case records are maintained accurately and in line with regulatory requirementsUsing ..... full job details .....
