Known for providing a high-quality and client-focused conveyancing service, they are looking to appoint a Conveyancing Paralegal to support their busy Residential Property team.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional seeking exposure to a broad range of conveyancing matters within a supportive and progressive environment.The RoleAs a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will work alongside experienced Conveyancers and Solicitors, assisting with residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.Key responsibilities include:Supporting fee earners with a caseload of residential conveyancing mattersPreparing contract packs and legal documentationCarrying out searches and reviewing search resultsLiaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitorsManaging post-completion matters, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applicationsOpening and closing files in accordance with compliance proceduresUpdating clients throughout the transaction processHandling general conveyancing administration and file managementAbout YouThe successful candidate will possess:Previous experience within a Residential Conveyancing teamAt least 12 months'' ..... full job details .....
