This role is based in our busy Residential Property team in Bournemouth, offering a supportive and professional environment with a strong local reputation and consistent workflow.Day-to-day of the role:Provide key support to fee earners across a varied residential conveyancing caseload, assisting from instruction through to post-completion.Manage files under supervision, including preparing contracts and handling enquiries.Conduct searches, prepare SDLT submissions, and support post-completion matters.Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors.Maintain accurate file records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Required Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal within a residential property team.Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Confident communicator with a client-focused approach.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Competitive salary, dependent on experience.Supportive and friendly team environment.Clear progression opportunities.Modern office in a central Bournemouth location.To apply for this Conveyancing Paralegal position, please submit your CV and cover letter ..... full job details .....
