Conveyancing Paralegal

Residential Property Paralegal role in London. You will support 2 fee-earners on their Conveyancing transactions. Duties will include assisting with residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, residential remortgages and transfers of equity, due diligence, title investigations, and property searches and preparing legal documents and managing post-completion matters. You should have a minimum of 12 months'' experience within conveyancing and have a good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion and post-completion. You must also have experience of handling property searches, Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions.
