Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing files from instruction to completion.Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and mortgage deeds.Conduct property searches and liaise with relevant authorities to obtain necessary information.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the conveyancing process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the case management system.Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.Provide administrative support to the legal team as required.Assist with resolving queries and ensuring cases progress efficiently.Qualifications
