Our client is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal for their successful firm

Description
Handle all aspects of conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of title, re-mortgages, and discharges.
Draft and prepare legal documents such as missives, dispositions, standard securities, and settlement statements.
Conduct title checks and report on title issues to solicitors and clients.
Carry out searches (Registers of Scotland, property searches, etc.) and interpret results.
Manage communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
Monitor transaction timelines and ensure key dates and deadlines are met.
Prepare and submit applications to Registers of Scotland using the online portal (ScotLIS, Registers Direct, etc.).
Liaise with Revenue Scotland for Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT) submissions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date file records in line with Law Society of Scotland regulations.
Contribute to continuous improvement of conveyancing procedures and client service delivery.
Profile
Previous experience in a conveyancing paralegal role in Scotland.
Strong knowledge of Scottish property law and conveyancing procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office.
