Unfortunately, their busy team do not have the capacity currently to provide extensive training, so the right candidate will need a background in conveyancing. The Role:Assisting with Solicitors caseloadCompiling bundles and assisting the Solicitors with case queriesLiaising with clients to resolve any queriesDrafting of legal documentsProgress the administration of any transactionsUndertake all key functions as part of a conveyancing sale transactionDaily updates of the system and reportsGeneral administration and secretarial support in relation to the roleThe Ideal Conveyancing Paralegal will have:Knowledge of conveyancing would be necessaryPrevious experience in a similar legal role or in a paralegal role would be necessaryIT literacy would be necessary as well as excellent communication skillsThe ability to meet deadlines and have flexibility to help and support the teamAttention to detail is key as ensuring all documents and procedures are completed correctly and in a timely mannerInterested?
