We are currently working with a law firm in Kent who are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their busy Conveyancing department. This role will be based in Bexleyheath.Duties will include:Assisting the fee earners with all conveyancing work and managing their diaries.Speaking with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.Sending draft contract papers on a sale, including obtaining management information packs.Replying to enquiries on a sale and dealing with Post Exchange matters.Dealing with all aspects of post completion including SDLT s.Desired skills and experience:At least 2 years + Conveyancing experience.Excellent communication skills.Experience of using a case management system desirable but not essential.What they offer:Full time in the office Monday to Friday 9am 5:30pm.Salary depending on experience up to £25,000 - £29,00025 days holiday plus a day off for your birthday.Workplace pension.Optional healthcare cashbacks.Cycle to work scheme. ..... full job details .....
