Conveyancing Paralegal

This role offers excellent exposure to high-quality commercial property work within a supportive and collaborative team, making it ideal for a paralegal looking to further develop their career.Key responsibilities include:Assisting on a variety of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and refinancing matters.Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as leases, contracts, and completion statements.Conducting legal research and carrying out property searches.Supporting with due diligence processes and preparing transaction reports.Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to progress matters efficiently.Managing files and ensuring case management systems are kept up to date.You will ideally have:Previous experience working as a Paralegal within Conveyancing Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work.Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with clients and third parties.Familiarity with case management systems and Microsoft Office.What''s on OfferCompetitive salary in the region of £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.Ongoing training and development with clear progression opportunities.The opportunity to build a long-term career within a reputable firm. ..... full job details .....
