Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire Office-based Minimum three years'' residential conveyancing experience Up to 40,000 + Christmas closure Do you have at least three years'' hands-on residential conveyancing experience, and would you like to work in a team where you are known, supported and valued? Our client is a friendly, professional and growing legal practice based in smart offices on Beaconsfield High Street. Their residential property team is busy, and they are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to work closely with their conveyancers and keep sale and purchase files moving from instruction through to post-completion. The role This is a varied, hands-on role in a close-knit team. Being in the office together means quick answers, real support and colleagues around you, rather than working alone behind a screen. Your responsibilities will include:Supporting sale and purchase transactions from instruction to post-completion, including searches, contract packs, enquiries, completion statements, SDLT returns and Land Registry applicationsOpening new matters and carrying out AML, ID and compliance checksKeeping clients, estate agents, lenders and the other side updated at every stageMaintaining accurate file records on LEAPHandling telephone enquiries and client appointments as part of the office teamWhat you''ll needAt least three years'' experience working on residential conveyancing files in a law firm or conveyancing practiceA ..... full job details .....
