An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Team Manager to join a well-established, forward-looking property law practice based in Manchester. This is a chance to play a key role in shaping performance, driving quality, and ensuring clients receive the best possible experience.Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day management of a team of property lawyersProvide clear leadership, coaching and guidance to build skills and confidenceMonitor service delivery, compliance and turnaround times to maintain high standardsCarry out regular one-to-ones, feedback sessions and team meetingsWork collaboratively with senior colleagues to implement improvements and achieve business objectivesHandle escalated matters effectively, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionallyAbout you

Solid experience in residential conveyancing, with strong technical knowledgePrevious success in leading, supervising or managing a teamExcellent communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence in othersA proactive approach with the drive to maintain and improve performancePassionate about developing people and supporting career growthWhat’s on offer
