This is a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary / Assistant to become part of a collaborative environment where your contribution is genuinely valued, and where you will play a key role in supporting a busy residential conveyancing department.The RoleAs a Conveyancing Legal Secretary / Assistant, you will be providing essential support to fee earners, helping to ensure transactions run smoothly from instruction through to completion. Key responsibilities will include:Providing full administrative and secretarial support to conveyancing fee earnersPreparing legal documents, correspondence, and contractsManaging files and maintaining accurate recordsLiaising with clients, estate agents, and third partiesHandling Land Registry applications and SDLT submissionsAssisting with post-completion mattersManaging diaries and coordinating appointmentsAbout YouPrevious experience in residential conveyancing support is highly desirableStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProactive, reliable, and able to manage a busy workloadThe FirmOur client is known for offering a supportive and welcoming working environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and long-term development.
