Key ResponsibilitiesProvide dedicated secretarial and PA support to one or more conveyancing fee earners/solicitors.Typing of legal documents and correspondence via audio dictation (BigHand or similar software).Preparing and amending contracts, Land Registry forms, completion statements, and other conveyancing documentation.Opening and closing files, both physically and electronically, in line with compliance procedures.Diary management, arranging appointments, and liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties.Handling incoming calls and emails, ..... full job details .....
