Conveyancing Legal Secretary

I’m working with a great law firm in Gillingham who are looking for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary. This flexible role (full-time or part-time) is ideal for someone who’s organised and efficient, and looking to provide vital secretarial support to a busy conveyancing team.
Key Responsibilities:Audio typing of legal documents and correspondence.Arranging client meetings and managing calendars.Communicating with clients and third parties (estate agents, solicitors).Filing and organising case files.Assisting with general administrative duties to support the team.What You’ll Need:Experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally in conveyancingProficiency in audio typing and MS Office.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and external parties.What’s on Offer:Competitive salaryFlexible hours (full-time or part-time).Generous holiday entitlement.Friendly and supportive team ..... full job details .....
