An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary with a conveyancing background, to join our client based near Epsom.

You''ll be part of a team of 2 who provide support to 2 Fee Earners with a range of secretarial and administrative tasks on pre-completion cases.

The position involves working full time, five days a week in the office. You''ll be a proficient audio secretary, with 6-12mths conveyancing experience (or they can provide support to cross train from another legal area).

Day to day, you will be responsible for:

• The point of contact for clients and colleagues on all activities.
• Verbal and written communication with clients, estate agents, and third-parties involved in the pre-completion stages.
• Drafting legal documents, e.g. contracts, completion statements, and completing property searches; working in combination with fee earners.
• Diary management and scheduling, including meetings and appointments - preparing relevant documents as required.
• Document management of files, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
• Process documents such as billing and invoicing.
• LEAP Case Management system and digital dictation is used by the solicitors.

This role is available for an immediate start for the successful candidate.
