Conveyancing Legal Secretary
Top legal 500 law firm in Central London are currently recruiting a career Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their team. The successful candidate will be working along aside a dedicated property team and will have experience in managing the administration / secretarial duties associated with residential property Please note that LPC or SQE 1 applicants will NOT be considered for this role. This will not lead to a paralegal role or training contract Duties for this Conveyancing Legal Secretary role to include:Handling onboarding processesOpening matters on the case management system, AML and compliance checksLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to progress transactionsArranging appointmentsHandling telephone calls and enquiriesSupporting the post-completion processes and file closing proceduresEssential skills for this Conveyancing Legal Secretary:Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of residential property law as Legal Secretary in the UKExperience of working directly with Partners.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft officeAble to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.Be able to demonstrate confidence and self-motivation.Able to work to strict deadlines and in a pressurised environment.Attention to detail is essential.IT literate.Be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and to progress.
