The RoleTo provide secretarial support to the property fee earner Dealing with new business opportunities so that these are processed efficiently helping to ensure the continued success of the property department Audio typing using digital dictationDiary management , booking rooms and arranging meetingsUsing case management systemLiaise with clients, solicitors, Estate agents and mortgage lendersProviding quotations , sending out client care lettersDeal with client queries, and take instruction from clientsAmend and reformat documentsApply for searches using on line services including land registryUsing HRMC website to complete stamp duty land tax formsDeal with post completion mattersMaintain client files, opening and closing of filesMaintain the filing systemAssist fee earners in the maintenance of client accountsExperience required:Recent Residential or Commercial Property experience Fast and accurate audio typing skills, including Digital dictation Experience with Microsoft office , word, outlook, Excel Able to prioritise and multitask Possess the ability to deal ..... full job details .....
