Conveyancing Legal Secretary

We have a fantastic opportunity with a well-established law firm looking to appoint a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary, or someone looking to take the next step in their career, to work alongside experienced legal professionals on a varied conveyancing caseload. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered for this role. If you have experience within conveyancing and are looking for your next step with a firm that values its people, we''d love to hear from you. Typical duties include: Audio and copy typing of correspondence, including letters, legal forms, and quotes Managing and updating the firm''s client case management system Liaising with clients and arranging appointments Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files Handling confidential information with discretion at all times The Successful Candidate Will Have: Previous experience in a Conveyancing Legal Secretary role Strong typing skills, with speed and accuracy Confident and personable communicator, both over the phone and face-to-face Well organised, with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines This is an excellent opportunity to join an established firm offering high-quality work and the chance to build a long-term career within a busy and respected conveyancing team.
