Conveyancing Legal Secretary Location: London Salary: 35,000 Eclectic Recruitment is working with a well-regarded, modern law firm based in London, seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their growing property team. This is a full-time, office-based role within a professional and collaborative environment. You will provide dedicated support to fee-earners within a busy conveyancing department, assisting with a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties to ensure transactions are progressed efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive secretarial support to conveyancing fee-earners Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents and correspondence Managing files Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties Handling audio typing and producing accurate, high-quality documentation Assisting with file management, including opening, closing, and maintaining records Supporting billing processes and general administrative tasks Requirements: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing/property Strong understanding of the commercial / residential conveyancing process Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload Fast and accurate typing skills, including audio typing Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Professional and confident communication skills ..... full job details .....
