Conveyancing Fee Earner(Multiple sites available)

My client is a well-established law firm with offices in Leeds and the surrounding areas. They have a vacancy for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their thriving team. The role can be based at any of their offices with hybrid working also available.This is a full-time position however part-time schedules would be considered.Key responsibilitiesTaking instructions from clients or supervisor for Sales and Purchase files, transfer of title, new build purchases, discharge and re-mortgage work including leasehold and freehold titlesAdvising and keeping clients up to date with the progress of their transaction at every stage both via email, app, telephone and face to face.Interpreting the results of searchesNoting title on both registered and unregistered properties and reporting to clients on the resultsRaising all relevant and appropriate enquiriesAnswering enquiries raised by the other sidePreparing Reports on Title and ordering funds from lenderReporting relevant matters to lendersEffective monitoring of files to ensure timescales are metEnsuring that the firm''s risk assessment requirements are fully met at all timesReporting to HOD, immediately any matters which would put the firm at risk of non-compliance with regulations or with the provisions of the CQS, or being compliant with any attempts to launder money or commit fraud.Building and maintaining positive working relationships with all allocated referrers.Marketing the department and developing their personal brand via ..... full job details .....
