Job Title: Conveyancing Fee EarnerLocation: RotherhamSalary: £35,000 - £48,000 (DOE)About the Role SJC Partners are currently working in partnership with a well-established and growing law firm in Rotherham who are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a reputable firm where you will manage your own caseload and play a key role within a supportive and high-performing team.This role is open to Licensed Conveyancers, Solicitors, Legal Executives, or experienced non-qualified fee earners with strong residential conveyancing experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completionHandling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactionsProviding clear, practical advice to clients throughout the processLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitorsEnsuring compliance with all regulatory and internal proceduresDelivering a high standard of client care at all timesRequirementsMinimum 2+ years'' experience managing your own conveyancing caseloadStrong knowledge of the residential conveyancing processAbility to work independently and manage a busy workloadExcellent communication and client care skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational abilityExperience using case management systems is advantageousDesirable (but not essential)Qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer, ..... full job details .....
