The role has been created to provide additional resource when teams need extra support, particularly during annual leave, sickness and periods of increased workload. With the teams continuing to grow, there is also an opportunity to provide additional capacity when required. This would suit an experienced conveyancer who is confident, adaptable and able to step into different teams and pick up existing caseloads with minimal supervision.
