Conveyancing Fee Earner Location: Coventry Hours: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 plus bonus scheme The Opportunity Working alongside our recruitment partner, Echelon 1, we are recruiting on behalf of an established and well respected legal practice, looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy Residential Conveyancing team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid conveyancing experience who is confident managing their own caseload within a fast paced environment. Ideally, you will have around 2-4 years'' PQE or equivalent relevant experience and be able to take ownership of matters with minimal supervision. Full training will be provided on the firm''s internal systems and procedures; however, previous experience working as a Conveyancing Fee Earner is essential. Key Responsibilities As Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be responsible for: Managing your own caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion and post completion Handling residential sales and purchases Preparing and submitting SDLT returns to HMRC Managing registration of title with HM Land Registry Working with minimal supervision while liaising with the Head of Department when required Ensuring files are managed in accordance with internal procedures and relevant SRA requirements Maintaining compliance with CQS standards, the Conveyancing Protocol and Core Practice Management Standards ..... full job details .....
