GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are proud to be partnered with a well-established, modern law firm, whose reputation has been built on exceptional service and going the extra mile for clients.We are recruiting on their behalf for an ambitious and client-focused Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their growing Gloucestershire-based property team.This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 3-5+ years'' PQE who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service.The role offers a varied caseload with a strong focus on Buy-to-Let (BTL) and quality residential conveyancing matters. Experience in property investment work is welcomed, but not essential - full training will be provided for the right candidate who has a genuine interest in working with investor clients.Conveyancing Fee Earner main duties: You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completionBuy-to-Let transactions Residential sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity Investor portfolio acquisitions Leasehold and freehold mattersConveyancing Fee Earner required skills and experience: Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer Has 3-5+ years'' PQE in residential conveyancing Can manage a busy caseload independently Has excellent client care and communication skills Enjoys building long-term client relationships Has a proactive and positive "can-do" ..... full job details .....
