Clayton Legal is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly successful property-focused law firm in Morecambe, who are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer due to continued growth and increased workload.This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, profitable firm with a strong reputation and long-standing team.You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, supported by a strong internal admin structure that allows you to focus on fee earning rather than paperwork.The caseload will include:Residential freehold and leasehold mattersSales and purchasesPotential involvement in new build / plot sales and part-exchange work (advantageous but not essential)Circa 60 active filesDedicated admin support for:File openingAML checksPost-completion registrationsSeparate completions and admin teams in placeThe Ideal CandidateExperienced Residential Conveyancer able to run files independentlyComfortable working with minimal supervisionQualified and non-qualified fee earners will be consideredNew build / plot sales experience welcomed but not requiredWorking PatternHybrid working available where requiredWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pmOne-stage interview processFlexible interview options, including Teams if neededWhat''s on OfferHighly competitive and flexible salary for the right person20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with serviceAdditional paid days over ChristmasPension ..... full job details .....
