Conveyancing Fee Earner Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Location: Wirral based Birkenhead to Wallasey vicinity Working Arrangement: On-site Salary: £40,000-£60,000 per annum - solely dependent on experience and qualified status We are currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join an established legal team based in the Wirral area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional who is confident managing their own caseload and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service to clients. You will be responsible for managing residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion, with the opportunity to handle commercial property matters where appropriate. Your caseload will include sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, working closely with clients and other parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently and professionally. Key ResponsibilitiesManage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.Handle a range of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.Manage commercial conveyancing matters where appropriate and in line with your experience.Draft, review and progress contracts and associated legal documentation.Undertake title checks, property searches and other relevant conveyancing enquiries.Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other parties ..... full job details .....
