Andy File Associates Limited are working as a recruitment agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent vacancy. This is an exciting chance to join a growing Conveyancing team working for this well established firm of solicitors based in Rotherham. This role is Office based with 1 Working from Home day for title checks and focus work. Location Rotherham Office Competitive Salary Hours of work: :Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Full Time) Overview of the role: Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, new build and leasehold matters Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors Ensuring all files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements Maintaining high standards of client care and professionalism The ideal candidate will: Have proven experience in residential conveyancing Be able to work independently with minimal supervision Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills Be committed to delivering a high-quality client service Highly Advantageous if: You also have experience in unregistered, Shared Ownership and dealing newbuilds etc but not essential.
