The work will include: Handling residential property transactions involving repossessed properties. Dealing with freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions. Managing an effective caseload equivalent to approximately 40-50 files. Handling a defined part of the conveyancing process rather than being responsible for every stage of the transaction.
