Conveyancer Location: Chepstow (30 minutes from Bristol, 45 minutes from Cardiff) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience Join our client a progressive and modern law firm with a strong commercial focus, serving businesses and individuals across South Wales, Bristol, the West Country, and the Forest of Dean. We are seeking a bright and ambitious Conveyancer to join our residential property team in Chepstow. Day-to-Day of the Role: Work closely with a property assistant who handles initial instructions, file openings, and client communications. Handle a variety of tasks including sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, drafting contract packs, raising enquiries, preparing reports, and conducting exchanges and completions. Maintain daily interaction with clients, providing high-quality service and building strong relationships. Participate in the firm''s marketing programme to enhance client engagement and service delivery. Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your caseload effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer. At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in property work. Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with people at different levels. A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
