      <description>Location: London | Salary: 35000.00-35000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Conveyancing Executive to join our Ilford based client on a full time basis.Reporting to the senior partners you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with client expectations.Other duties will include:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contractsConducting title checksLiaising and negotiating with lendersMaintaining accurate and timely records on the case managementHandling completion and post completionDelivering high level of client serviceAdvising clients on legal aspects of property transactionsTo be considered for this role, you will need:Previous conveyancing experience with new buildAbility to manage time and work under pressureAble to work on own initiativeIf you have the skills and ability to do this role, do not delay, apply today.Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pmContributory pension scheme and healthcare after a qualifying period</description>
