Conveyancing Assistant
We are working with a reputable law firm based in Huddersfield who are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join their growing business. You will be assisting the conveyancer to deal with all manner of conveyancing work to include purchases, sales, transfer of equity, remortgages and more.To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials: Proven experience of working within a Conveyancing Assistant roleExperience with case management systemsAn understanding of the full conveyancing processStrong customer service skills and communication skillsProficient in MS Office and the ability to pick up new systems quicklyAbility to work to tight deadlinesExcellent attention to detail and organisational skills Within this position, you ll also be: Answering incoming calls and responding to email enquiriesTaking initial enquiriesProviding quotations to clientsAnswering client questions and queriesManaging client expectationsDrafting legal documents and correspondenceUpdating of databases and case management softwareLiaising with estate agents, lenders and any other third parties as requiredAttending team meetings as requiredCarrying out general administration tasks such as printing, photocopying and scanning of documentsUsing the Land Registry Portal to upload documents and submit applicationsCarrying out property searches Salary and Working HoursSalary is £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependant on experienceWorking Hours are Monday Friday, 9am 5pm with 1 ..... full job details .....
