Conveyancing Assistant

Our client, a very reputable firm are looking to appoint a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team based in Sheffield. You will be tasked with assisting and supporting fee earners within the team. This opportunity will suit an experienced Conveyancing Assistant who is looking to make a difference to a team/business.To be considered for the role, you''ll require the following essentials:Experience of working within the Legal SectorExperience and knowledge of the Conveyancing processProven experience of supporting fee earnersKnowledge of MS Office and Case Management SystemsExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalStrong organisational skillsHigh attention to detailWithin this position, you''ll also be:Assisting on a varied caseload of residential property transactionsDealing with client enquiries, providing updates and taking instructionsPreparing of correspondence, forms and documents in relation to instructions and supervisionAssisting fee earners with the management and progression of transactionsPreparing of sale contracts and relevant support documentationFacilitating exchange of contracts in relation to instructionsPreparing and arranging of financial statements, SDLT Submissions and Certificates of Title for Advance FundsEnsuring all new build warranties are submitted and intercepted as soon as possibleDealing with the preparation of any Help to Buy IncentivesActing as a point of contact for clients via telephone and face to face, recording accurate ..... full job details .....
