You will work closely with experienced Solicitors and Conveyancers, providing essential support to ensure transactions are progressed efficiently and to a high standard of client care.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding comprehensive administrative and legal support to the Residential Property teamAssisting with the management of conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completionPreparing and drafting legal documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statementsConducting property searches, ID verification checks, and issuing client care documentationLiaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third partiesManaging incoming correspondence, responding to queries, and providing regular updates to clientsMaintaining accurate and compliant file records in line with regulatory requirementsCandidate ProfilePrevious experience in a Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Assistant, or Legal Secretary role within a residential property teamStrong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent ..... full job details .....
