This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with at least 6 months of residential conveyancing experience to become part of a supportive and growing team within a well-respected firm. You will work closely with a Fee Earner and potentially a secretary, depending on team allocation, playing a key role in progressing conveyancing matters efficiently and professionally.Day-to-day of the role:Support Fee Earners in managing caseloads by carrying out legal tasks as directed.Handle file-related queries both in person and over the phone.Ensure matters are processed efficiently, accurately, and in a cost-effective manner.Maintain excellent file management and organisational standards.Deliver attentive, polite, and efficient client service, flagging key legal issues to the Fee Earner as needed.Attend to clients, take instructions, and conduct telephone and written enquiries.Use the firm''s systems and procedures to progress cases in line with legal and regulatory requirements.Build strong relationships with clients and introducers to support continued business growth.Manage your own workload with minimal supervision, maintaining high quality and productivity.Ensure full compliance with all company policies and procedures.Consistently deliver a high-quality, client-focused ..... full job details .....
