This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build or further their career within conveyancing.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding administrative and file management support to Fee Earners within the conveyancing departmentOpening and maintaining client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to dateAssisting with the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and completion statementsLiaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to progress transactionsHandling pre- and post-completion matters, including submitting searches and Land Registry applicationsManaging correspondence via phone, email, and post in a professional and timely mannerEnsuring compliance with regulatory and internal proceduresRequirementsPrevious experience in a conveyancing or legal assistant role is desirableStrong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectivelyStrong communication skills and a professional client-facing mannerProficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systemsA team player with a proactive and positive attitudeBenefitsCompetitive salary of £25,000Opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative teamCareer ..... full job details .....
