Salary: £26,500 -  £28,500 + Bonus

We are recruiting for an exciting new specialist conveyancing firm launching this year, offering a rare opportunity to join a business from the very beginning.

The Role

• Supporting fee earners across the conveyancing process

• Acting as a first point of contact for clients, providing updates and requesting documents

• Preparing legal documents including contracts and transfer paperwork

• Assisting with searches, enquiries and general administration

• Managing diaries and tracking key transaction dates

About You

• Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Conveyancing Assistant

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
