They are now looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy Residential Property team in Holt.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced conveyancing work and wants to develop their career within a supportive, experienced, and client-focused property team.The RoleYou''ll be supporting a team of experienced fee earners, playing a key role in the smooth progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.Key responsibilities include:Supporting fee earners with a busy caseload of residential conveyancing mattersPreparing legal documents, correspondence, and completion paperworkOpening, updating, and closing client files, including AML and compliance checksLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitorsManaging diaries, deadlines, and key stages of transactionsMaintaining accurate records on the case management systemProviding general administrative support to the conveyancing teamAbout YouPrevious experience in a Conveyancing Assistant or residential property support roleGood understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completionStrong organisational skills with ..... full job details .....
