Conveyancing Assistant up to £30k Histon (CB24) office-based A well-established law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join its residential property team in Histon. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous legal experience who is looking to develop their career within residential conveyancing. The firm is happy to consider candidates with experience as a Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant or Paralegal, with an interest in residential property. The role Working alongside experienced fee earners, you will provide day-to-day support across a range of residential property matters and help ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities will include: Assisting with the progression of residential conveyancing matters Preparing correspondence and legal documentation Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties Dealing with searches and enquiries Assisting with exchange and completion Maintaining accurate files and records Providing general administrative and legal support to the team Dealing with client queries and providing updates where required About you You will have previous experience within a legal environment and be comfortable working in a busy team. You will be organised, have good attention to detail and be confident communicating with clients and other professionals.
