This is a great opportunity for someone with solid conveyancing experience who is looking to develop further within a supportive department. Candidates with 2-3 years'' experience in residential conveyancing support are encouraged to apply. Experienced Legal Secretaries with strong conveyancing knowledge will also be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting fee earners throughout the residential conveyancing processOpening new files, completing AML checks, preparing client care documentsDrafting contracts, requesting management packs, obtaining office copies via the Land Registry portalPreparing TR1s, SDLT submissions and AP1 applicationsManaging Land Registry requisitions efficientlyHandling client enquiries and providing day-to-day administrative supportEssential Skills and ExperienceStrong understanding of residential conveyancing proceduresExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloadHigh level of accuracy and attention to ..... full job details .....
